How often [EVERY MONTH / EVERY WEEK]
First payout [DATE]

Terms
1. Every member pays the full instalment to the organiser on each round's date, and the organiser hands the whole pot to the member whose turn it is the same day.
2. The order of turns is agreed in front of everyone (by agreement or by drawing lots), written in the table below, and changed only if both members involved agree.
3. A member who has already collected keeps paying until the last round.
4. No interest, no fee, no deduction: over the whole gameya each member pays in exactly the pot and collects it once.
5. If someone pays late the organiser tells the group; agree in advance what happens (a guarantor, moving the turn, or something else) and write it here: ____________________.
6. The organiser keeps the payment log, and every member gets a copy of this agreement.

Arithmetic only: pot = instalment × members; each member pays in exactly the pot and collects it once. A gameya is an agreement between people who know each other; one that promises profit or sells turns is something else. Names in the examples are fictional.
